Shipping Policy

At GROOMILA, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and at the best possible shipping rates.


1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, GROOMILA may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or regions.


2. Taxes, Customs & Duties

Domestic Orders

Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout where required by law.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Taxes imposed by the destination country

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

GROOMILA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Standard Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Shipping carrier performance

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Events outside our reasonable control


5. Split Shipments

In certain cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

If your order is split into multiple shipments:

  • You may receive more than one package.

  • Separate tracking numbers may be provided.

  • Items may arrive on different dates.

You will not incur additional shipping charges due to split shipments initiated by GROOMILA.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, separate tracking notifications may be sent.


7. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, certain products may not be available for shipment to specific locations due to carrier limitations or local regulations.

We may be unable to deliver to:

  • Certain remote regions

  • Restricted territories

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • P.O. Boxes for oversized items

If shipping restrictions apply to your order, we will notify you promptly.


8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Address Changes

Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions.


9. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the package and item

We will review the information and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


10. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Check around your delivery location.

  2. Ask household members or neighbors.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue.
