Return & Refund Policy

At GROOMILA, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


1. 60-Day Return Window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

We encourage you to open, inspect, and try your purchase in a real-life environment. We believe you should have enough time to decide whether the product is right for you and your pet.


2. Risk-Free Returns

You may return eligible products even if they have been opened and used under normal conditions.

Return Conditions

  • Products may be returned if they are:

    • Brand new and unused; or

    • Gently used with normal signs of use.

Refund

You will receive a 100% refund of the product purchase price once the return is approved.

Please Note:

  • No restocking fees are charged.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


3. Return Shipping

Because shipping costs vary depending on the size of the item and your location, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

You may choose either of the following options:

Option 1: Use Our Prepaid Return Label

If available, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

Option 2: Arrange Your Own Shipping

You may ship the item back using your preferred carrier.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.


4. How to Return an Item

Step 1 – Contact Us

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

No lengthy explanation is required.


Step 2 – Prepare the Item

  • Repack the item securely.

  • If possible, use the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.


Step 3 – Ship the Item

Ship the package using our prepaid label (if provided) or your chosen shipping carrier.


5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


7. One-Year Limited Warranty

Certain eligible products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional failures.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper use

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage

If you experience a product issue, please contact our support team before returning the item.


8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing a justification.

Items must be returned in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance and final sale items

  • Products marked as non-returnable

  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications

  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
